Our Tours are provided with two types of payment:
After payment processed, the system will automatically reserve your seat and the invoice will be generated in customer reserved area. Both customer and administration can see the transaction as ‘online paid’ in the reserved area and the transaction id will appear in there.
To use this option, administration must allow the offline payment, for example a bank transfer. The bank information can be added into the confirm email.
Click on “Book and pay later” to have the possibility to pay in a second time, when you can choose to do it online or offline.
If you choose to make an offline payment, after transaction click on “Submit Payment receipt” to send a copy of the payment receipt.
Attach the copy of the payment.
At the end of this process administration will send you an email to confirm the transaction.
